President / Chief Executive

Charles J. Tornetta, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tornetta Realty Corp., directs the activities of one of the most well known commercial and industrial real estate firms in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Tornetta is one of the four original founders of Tornetta Realty Corp., and has been involved in every aspect of the real estate industry such as land planning and development, construction, ownership and management of office and flex buildings, parks and campuses, community shopping centers, and net lease operations.

Charles J. Tornetta has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Business, University of Pennsylvania, as well as completed studies at Temple University toward a degree of Master of Science in Economics. He has also attended numerous seminars, courses, conferences and conventions in real estate brokerage, appraisal, land use and the development on all forms of real estate. Mr. Tornetta holds a real estate brokers license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Delaware and the State of New Jersey.

Kathleen A. Tornetta

Vice President / Office Manager

Kathleen A. Tornetta, Vice President and a Principal of Tornetta Realty Corp., has over 7 years experience in commercial and industrial real estate. She specializes in marketing and leasing of retail, industrial and office properties throughout Montgomery County, specifically overseeing the Northtowne Plaza Shopping Center, the Bentwood Office Campus, as well as serving on several condominium boards for properties being managed by Tornetta Realty Corp. She currently also serves as Office Manager for an office staff of over 25 hardworking dedicated employees.

Prior to joining Tornetta Realty Corp., Kathleen was a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent with Commonwealth Insurance Agency for 13 years.

Kathleen Tornetta is a Pennsylvania licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is a member of the TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce.

Wayne C. Montgomery

Sales Associate

Wayne Montgomery, a Sales Associate with Tornetta Realty Corp., has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1975 starting his career with the Altemose Companies in 1974. Prior to his joining Tornetta Realty Corp. in 1980 he was a salesman for Kenneth Kratz Co. from 1977 - 1979. Mr. Montgomery has experience in commercial and office sales and leasing. He has specialized in the sale of restaurants, taverns and liquor licenses since 1977. Prior to entering the real estate profession Mr. Montgomery was a teacher.

Mr. Montgomery resides in Chalfont, Bucks County with his wife and son. He is a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ambler, PA. Mr. Montgomery has been active with the Plymouth Junior American Basketball program since 1964 as a President, Director and Coach. Additionally, he has been an active volunteer in Plymouth Township Little League, Lenape Valley Little League and Lenape Valley Junior Basketball as a Director and Coach.

Wayne holds a Bachelor Degree in Science from Drexel University. While at Drexel he was a member of the Alpha Tau Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. He has also attended Penn State University and Temple University for postgraduate studies.

Eugene A. Mastrangelo

Sales Associate

Eugene (Gene) A. Mastrangelo is a Sales Associate with Tornetta Realty Corp. and has been licensed for over 17 years with experience in leasing and selling retail, industrial, office and multi-family properties.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Gene’s career was in the field of clinical laboratory medicine as a Medical Technologist and he has held positions as a Chemist with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of Laboratories, and as Chief Laboratory Technologist for Episcopal Hospital. Gene was Founder and President of DeKalb Laboratory, as well as Laboratory Director for other laboratories throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. After 27 years in the clinical laboratory profession he joined the commercial and industrial sales staff at Tornetta Realty Corp.

A long time resident of Montgomery County, Gene has been an active member with the Conshohocken Plymouth Whitemarsh Rotary Club for the past 21 years and is a Past President of his Club. He is also Past President of the Gundaker Foundation, which includes 53 Rotary Clubs in the district. He is a Paul Harris and Guy Gundaker Fellow.

Gene is married and has three daughters and five grandchildren. He is a Member and Lector at SS Cosmas and Damian Church in Conshohocken, and enjoys fishing and boating.

Steven G. Michaelson

Sales Associate

Steven G. Michaelson is a Sales Associate with Tornetta Realty Corp. Mr. Michaelson has 17 years experience in the field of commercial sales and leasing. He specializes in industrial, office, and investment transactions. During his tenure with Tornetta Realty Corp., Mr. Michaelson has represented both owners and buyers/tenants.

Prior to joining Tornetta Realty Corp., Mr. Michaelson worked for the Rochester Midland Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals. As a manufacture representative, Mr. Michaelson was responsible for sales to food processing plants in the greater Philadelphia area.

Mr. Michaelson is a Pennsylvania licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is a member of the TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance. He serves on the Board of Directors for the TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance and is Chairperson of the Education Committee. Mr. Michaelson also serves as a Board of Director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.

Michael E. Mulroy

Sales Associate

Mike Mulroy's real estate background extends over twenty years. Mike has been a licensed agent since 1984, holding licenses in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He specializes in commercial / industrial sales and leasing, as well as developable ground and investment properties. Prior to joining Tornetta Realty Corp in 1989, he was with the firm Bamford-Schwartz Co.

Mike also has corporate real estate and marketing experience having worked at Pat's International Ltd. and Mobil Oil Corp. He also was a partner in a family owned restaurant.

Mike holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business from Drexel University, where he majored in Finance. Mike is a member of the TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Joseph F. Tornetta

Vice President / Director of Development

Joseph F. Tornetta, Vice President and Principal of Tornetta Realty Corp., has been actively involved in the development and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate for over 25 years, and is a Pennsylvania licensed Real Estate Associate Broker.

Tornetta specializes in development of retail and commercial projects including specialty projects for IKEA, Wal-Mart, BJ’s and Marriott International.

Included amongst Tornetta’s professional and business affiliations are Past President and Current Director of the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS®, Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Past Director and Current Member of Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, Member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Director and Member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Director and Member of the Montgomery County Industrial Development Corporation, Director and Member of the Plymouth Jr. ABA, Director of Eagle National Bank, Director of Electrografics, Inc., and Member of Advisory Board of New Springs Ventures, Venture Capital Fund.

He has served as Director, Board Member for the Institution of Transportation Impact Fee for Whitpain Township, Plymouth Township, and West Norriton Township.

He is a graduate of Gettysburg College and has achieved GRI and CRB designations.

Thomas N. Carosello, Jr.

Controller

Thomas N. Carosello, Jr., controller for Tornetta Realty Corp., has been with the organization since 1975. Tom has many years experience in personnel, office and financial management. Prior to joining Tornetta Realty Corp. he was an employee for Acme Markets for 5 years.

A life long resident of Montgomery County, Tom has been active with the Conshohocken Little League for many years serving as President, Treasurer, Director and Coach. He has also been an active volunteer in the local Catholic Youth Organization serving as a Director and Coach. He is an active member of the Conshohocken Boccista Club serving as the Financial Secretary since 1998. Tom is an usher for his church and has served in the past as Secretary for the group .

Tom holds a Bachelors Degree in Science from Philadelphia University and an Associate Degree in General Studies from Montgomery County Community College. He has also attended various courses in business and real estate

Darren Printz

Project Coordinator

Darren L. Printz, Property Coordinator for Tornetta Realty Corp. is responsible for the administrative oversight of Construction and Property Management. Darren has over a decade of "hands-on" experience in real estate. He is well versed in land development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management of Class A office complexes and multi-tenant commercial/industrial properties.

Darren received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1999 from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Only 6% of all Commercial Real Estate Practitioners nationwide hold this designation. Darren’s other real estate professional associations, memberships and affiliations include TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Darren was also a former member of the Montgomery County Planning Commission.
